Bitibaji Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

Bitibaji is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Bitibaji and all of its users. • Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Changes to the name, mobile number, or date of birth provided at registration may require KYC verification.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• For account verification (KYC), Bitibaji may request a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification document.

Bitibaji is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Minors are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances. If an account is suspected to belong to a minor, Bitibaji reserves the right to suspend it immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.

By using Bitibaji's services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that online gaming is not prohibited by law in your jurisdiction.

Bitibaji supports the most widely used mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same payment method. Withdrawals will be sent to the same bKash number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be approved unless the deposited amount has been placed as a bet at least once.
• Large withdrawals (৳50,000 or more) may require additional KYC verification before they can be processed.
• If an incorrect amount is credited due to a technical error, Bitibaji reserves the right to correct the discrepancy at any time.

Bitibaji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that offer.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require the bonus amount to be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10× to 30×). Failing to meet this requirement within the given timeframe will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Any winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or device is strictly prohibited.
• Bitibaji reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time. Changes will not apply to bonuses that have already been claimed.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, Bitibaji may investigate and take appropriate action.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered valid only once you receive confirmation that it has been fully accepted (indicated by a "Bet Accepted" message).
• Match Cancelled or Postponed: Bets are generally refunded if a match does not start or less than 50% of the scheduled play is completed. However, rules may vary depending on the specific event.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly during in-play betting. Your bet will be confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
• Maximum Win Limit: Each category has a maximum win limit per single bet. This limit is specified on the event page.
• Scores & Results: Bitibaji settles bets based on results provided by the official sporting authority.
• Bitibaji reserves the right to void any bet suspected of match manipulation or other suspicious activity.

Bitibaji's casino games, lottery, and scratch card services are powered by third-party software providers. The RNG (Random Number Generator) used in these games is independently audited and certified by third parties.

• Bitibaji is not liable for any disruption to Live Dealer games caused by network disconnection.
• Lottery tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased.
• Bitibaji reserves the right to void any winnings that result from a software bug or technical error.
• Every game has its own RTP (Return to Player) percentage, which is listed on the game's information page.

Bitibaji is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets with the deliberate intent of exploiting bonus offers (Bonus Abuse / Arbitrage Betting).
• Match fixing or using insider information for betting purposes.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.
• Use of automated software, bots, or hacking tools.

Bitibaji reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a breach of these terms is found. Users may also close their own account at any time.

• Self-Exclusion: If you request account closure via live chat or email, your account will be closed within 24 hours. Any remaining valid balance will be returned to you.
• Self-Exclusion: Under our Responsible Gaming policy, you may self-exclude for a set period of time. Reactivation during this period may not be possible.
• Any balance obtained through a breach of these terms will be forfeited upon account closure.

• Losses arising from failure to keep your own account credentials secure.
• Loss of opportunity resulting from unexpected technical errors.

Bitibaji holds final authority over all betting and gaming-related decisions. In the event of any dispute, Bitibaji's decision shall be considered final and binding.

Bitibaji may update these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Notice of any changes will be sent to your registered email address and via in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
